Weight loss & metabolic health
HGH Fragment 176-191
The 176–191 fragment of growth hormone, studied for fat metabolism. Evidence is mostly from animals; human trials were run on its analog AOD-9604.
How it works
It is the tail end of growth hormone, the part thought to boost fat breakdown and block new fat from forming, without the growth or blood-sugar effects of full GH.
What it is used for
Fat loss.
What the evidence says
The support comes mainly from animal studies. Its stabilized version, AOD-9604, did not produce meaningful weight loss in human trials.
Side effects and cautions
Very little human safety data. Injection-site redness or itching is the most reported effect.
Half-life
About 30 minutes (vendor estimate)
Makes sense for
- Adults focused on fat loss who accept that the evidence is from animals
Does not make sense for
- Anyone who needs proven results
Boost the effect
- Inject fasting, in the morning: fat is released best when insulin is low
- Cardio after the injection: burns the released fat for energy
